Return Policy

Shipping:  We make every effort to ship your product within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Products are shipped via USPS. 
Damaged goods: Email us at info@teapantryonline.com within five calendar days of receipt of damaged item(s) to obtain a replacement or refund. After five days, Tea Pantry Inc. is under no obligation to replace or refund any damaged items. Items must be in their original packaging and receipt must be enclosed.
Returns: Non-consumable items may be returned or exchanged within thirty calendar days of receipt. Email us at info@teapantryonline.com to obtain a replacement or refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with receipt enclosed. Upon authorization of return, instructions for returning product will be provided. Refunds or exchanges are processed after our receipt of the return. The refund amount applies to the cost of the product(s) plus any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your purchase, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
